Help planning AI for your team
We help owners in Doral and Miami choose useful tasks for an AI agent: reports, routine checks, handoffs, or approved guidance for new teammates. We plan the work with your people, agree on access, and train the team.

Personal AI for your work as an owner
Bring a recurring task: a morning brief, meeting preparation, or tracking commitments. We map its sources, access, review points, and support needs before quoting the build.

Explore personal AIWhat to bring to a working session
Bring one recurring task, a redacted example of its input and result, the tools involved, and the person who checks the work. Note what happens when information is missing or the task fails.
A useful session follows the task from request to result, identifies the handoffs, and chooses a small first test. Together we define the owner, permitted actions, required sources, review criteria, and open questions.
Your first task ↗Start with the people doing the work
I have spent over a decade running teams and businesses. For approximately eight months, I have used two agents inside Son Hábitos, my own business, with a technician maintaining and developing them.
Early on, I expected access to an AI tool to change how the team worked. It did not make the work clear by itself. We had to define the job, decide who owned the result, and give people time to learn. Those are operating decisions before they are technology decisions.
My rule is simple: make your people more capable. Give them back time to think, serve customers, and make decisions. An agent should take repeat work off their hands. It should not quietly take away their authority.
A plan for connecting AI to your work
We map where work starts, where it waits, and who needs the result. Then we choose which jobs should get an agent first. A good first job repeats often, has a clear owner, and has an outcome we can check.
The roadmap names the first jobs, the systems they need, the people responsible, and what must be true before the next job starts. It gives you an order of work instead of a list of tools.
People and their AI agent
Every agent needs a human owner. We decide who reviews its work, who handles an exception, and who can change the job. People stay responsible for judgment and customer relationships.
We work through permissions and approval rules before adding access. Which records can the agent read? Which actions need a person? When should it stop and ask? The answers belong in the operating plan.
Training for owners and teams
We teach from your team's actual work. Sessions cover clear instructions, checking results, and spotting mistakes. We can separately assess prepared guidance for new employees, with approved examples and access appropriate to their roles.
Owners learn how to choose and evaluate jobs. Teams learn how to work with the agent each day. The aim is greater capacity, stronger skills, and better judgment across the company.

Questions before you start
How is consulting different from an AI agent installation?
We plan the work around your team's needs, from one operational process to broader planning or training. Sign up for a call to discuss your goals and agree on the next step.
How do I start a consulting conversation?
Sign up for a call to discuss your task and see our working setup. Together we define the process, the systems it needs, and how your team will review the result.
Can you train a team that already uses AI?
Yes. Training can start with the tools and jobs your team already uses. We focus on clear responsibilities, checking results, and deciding which actions need approval. We agree on the training scope first.
