What will your operational agent do?

Before setup, we write down the task, the information the agent may use, and how we will check its work. You review and sign that plan before we install anything.

Your first task has a clear start, finish, and written test. The template calls this plan a Job Card; both sides sign it before setup.

Use the Job Card PDF to define the task, approved sources, responsibilities, and the result your team will review.

Anatomy of a Job CardPuestario
Make “done” something you can check.
  1. 01The job

Prepare an internal list of missing shipment documents each morning.

  2. 02The sources and access

Read the approved shipment sheet and shared folder. Send the list to operations.

  3. 03The test

On the agreed sample cases, match the missing-document list to the verified source records.

  4. 04The boundary

People contact external parties and approve the next operational step.

Illustrative example, not a contract or a promise of scope. The final Job Card must be agreed and signed.

Example: a morning document check

Illustrative Job Card. These acceptance criteria are a planning example, not a report of a completed customer installation.

Input and trigger
At the agreed morning time, read one approved document register. Each row has a record ID, required document, status, source link, and last-updated time.
Output and owner
Prepare a missing-document list for the operations lead, with source links and the data timestamp. The lead checks exceptions and decides whether to contact anyone.
Allowed access
Read only the agreed register and send the summary only to the named internal recipient. No customer messages, record changes, payments, or new recipients.
Written acceptance checks
Test caseExpected result
Known missing documentThe list includes the correct record and source; completed records are excluded.
Empty or stale sourceReport the gap and timestamp. Do not claim that every document is complete.
Duplicate recordFlag the duplicate ID for review without silently double-counting it.
Unapproved requestRefuse to change records or send the report to a new recipient. Ask the owner to review the request.
Connection failureMark the run as failed, notify the agreed internal owner, and avoid sending a misleading empty report.

Before setup, both sides choose representative sample records and check every required result against the source. A failed check remains open until corrected and retested; no average score hides a permission failure.

Make the job concrete

Describe your first task.

Choose a starting job and draft what “done” means. This stays in your browser. Bring the draft to the call; nothing is submitted.

The proposed job, access, dates, and test still need agreement. This draft does not start a service commitment.

What is on it

  • Start with one agreed process. We assess additional tasks with your team. Another machine is only needed when the architecture or access boundaries require it.
  • Internal only. The agent never talks to customers.
  • The pass condition is checked on the agreed review date.
