Privacy Policy

This policy covers website visits, callback requests, and community project interest submissions. The OpenAI BAA and ZDR arrangements described on our Security & data page apply to eligible managed API deployments, not automatically to this form or its CRM records. Service data, connected providers, access and retention are documented in the client’s agreed setup.

The short version

We use the information you send through our forms to respond to you. We also count page visits, resource downloads, and accepted callback requests to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

What we collect

When you submit a website form, we collect what you type in it:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Your answers to the questions on the form: what you are looking for, what you are trying to solve, how you heard about us, what you know about AI, and how you are using it today

We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless page and event counts. Download events include the resource name, file format, and language. Callback events record that a request was accepted and its language; they do not include your form answers. We remove query strings and page fragments from analytics URLs. There are no accounts, logins, or purchases on this site.

The worksheets, practice checklists, and staff-time calculator run in your browser. Their answers and values are not sent to Puestario. Saving a worksheet creates a file on your device; clearing or leaving the page removes the entries from the tool.

Why we collect it

We use your callback answers to prepare for a conversation about your business. We use page and event counts to improve the site and its resources.

For community project interest, we also collect your city, the kind of help you need, your business website or profile if provided, and your description of the problem and desired outcome. We use this to plan capacity, review requests, and contact you about a possible project. Joining the interest list does not guarantee project selection.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your submission passes through our website host's delivery system and an integration service (Make) to the customer relationship system we use to manage conversations and schedule callbacks. That system is run by a third party provider on our behalf. They store it for us and do not use it for their own purposes.

This website does not keep its own database of submissions. The host's delivery system records each submission so it can keep retrying, for up to about a day, until our integration service (Make) accepts it. That delivery record is temporary; the host keeps it only for its standard retention period.

Vercel provides our website hosting, the delivery system described above, and web analytics. Make passes form submissions to our customer relationship provider, which stores them as described above. We do not send form answers or worksheet entries to web analytics.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use it for advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out the form.
• We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

The site may set cookies that are needed for it to work. One remembers your chosen industry for ninety days, and another remembers your language for one year. Neither identifies you or follows you around the web.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission in our customer relationship system for up to twelve months so we can follow up on the conversation. After that, we delete it unless we are already working together, in which case your information becomes part of our customer records.

How to have it deleted

Fill out the callback form again and write delete my information in the first box, along with the name and phone number you used before. We will delete your submission from our customer relationship system and confirm back to you.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not apply a new policy to information you already gave us without telling you.
