Less time preparing reports. A clearer view of your business.

Start your day knowing what needs you. Give one recurring task a clear owner, approved sources, and a result you can check.

Puestario

Your day, with a clearer starting point.

The right records become a short brief. You see what needs attention and decide what happens next.

  1. 01Approved sources
  2. 02A useful brief
  3. 03Your next decision

Less searching. A clearer next step.

You are the person connecting the numbers, the people, and the decisions. A personal agent can prepare the information for one part of that work, using the sources and rules agreed with you.

Puestario starts with your business work. We define the task, assess access, build the workflow, and teach you how to check it. You keep responsibility for decisions.

A morning brief

See today's priorities, overdue commitments, and exceptions from agreed sources. Each item should point back to where it came from.

Meeting preparation

Bring together approved notes, the last decision, and open questions before a meeting.

Follow-through

Turn an agreed commitment into an internal reminder, then check whether it was completed.

Illustrative example. These are sample records, not a client result or a live system.

Maria knows how to prepare the team's daily update. She shows us which records to check, what each status means, and what needs attention. We document that method and test it with her.

A new teammate asks: “Where do I start with the daily update?” The agent could be configured to show the approved steps, point to a good example, and help prepare the agreed update from connected records. When an update is missing or stale, it says so rather than guessing.

The new teammate has a clearer starting point. Maria spends less time repeating the basics. The owner receives work prepared using the same agreed method. This is a possible task to assess separately, not a customer result or a company-wide onboarding package.

Shared procedures and approved team records

Ask · Read · Edit · Approve
StaffOnly the records their job needs
Owner-only information does not become team knowledge just because both use an agent.

Permissions must be enforced in the connected systems and agent tools. A separate computer alone does not provide these boundaries.

The starting point is a small set of approved material: your priorities, procedures, definitions, and recent decisions. We plan who can see it, how corrections are reviewed, and what happens when a source becomes outdated.

Your private owner information and shared team information need different access. A staff member should not gain access to owner-only records just because both use an agent.

You own your agent files under the agreed service terms. Hardware ownership is separate. Cloud models and connected services may process approved information; a computer in your office does not make every part of the service local.

An agreed schedulePuestario
Useful at the moments that matter.
  1. 08:00Start of day

Priorities, overdue items, and meetings to prepare.

  2. 13:00A timely reminder

Bring an agreed commitment back to the right person.

  3. 17:00End of day

What is done, what is open, and who owns tomorrow's next step.

Schedules, recipients, and actions are defined in scope. Failed runs need an alert and a recovery path.

  1. Choose one repeated business task and the person responsible for it.
  2. Agree on sources, permissions, schedule, approval points, and a failure alert.
  3. Measure the current effort and define what a correct result looks like.
  4. Review sample outputs, train the people involved, and expand only when the first job works.

We start with one internal task. Together we define its scope, required connections, hardware, permissions, and support before installation.

The standard internal service does not contact customers or move money. Automatic work is limited to what the written scope allows. New responsibilities require a scope review.
