Ready for review. Or clear on what’s missing.
Missing documents are one example of office work an AI agent could prepare. Here, the example is an accounting office in Doral or Miami. We assess your records, approved method, and software before agreeing on one task.
Your agent checks agreed folders, inboxes, and lists so your team can see what is ready and what is missing.

The desk prepares work for your people. It never contacts your customers or moves money.
It never talks to your customers
For a firm, your customers are your clients. The desk tells your staff what is missing and what is due, and your people stay in front of your clients.
A machine you can see
Client files are sensitive, so the desk is a dedicated machine on a real desk in your office. You can walk over to it, and you can unplug it.
Built for your one job
Not a general assistant. One job you pick, missing documents, the close checklist, or the deadline calendar, set up on your systems with your team and tested against a written test you sign before install.
Put it into practice
Stop chasing paperwork
A practical document register and three process fixes to reduce repeated questions, unclear ownership, and missing paperwork.

Questions from accounting firms
Does the desk contact my clients about missing documents?
No. The desk is internal only. It tracks which documents are still missing for each engagement and tells the staff who own that engagement. Your people decide when and how to ask the client. The desk never sends anything to a client.
Where do client files and the desk's records live?
Source records remain in your systems. Approved workflows may create working files and use cloud providers. We assess data sensitivity and access before accepting the job; not every accounting record fits the standard service. You own the agreed agent files.
Can one desk track documents, the close, and deadlines?
We assess each new task, connection, or substantial change with your team and agree on its scope before work begins.
