An AI agent for construction companies in Miami that keeps every property on one list

We work with a real estate development company and with construction developers who have seven properties in progress right now. Puestario sets up one internal AI agent for one job your office repeats across sites, after we meet your team in person in Miami-Dade.

The paperwork grows with every property

One project is a lot to track. Seven at once is a different job. Updates arrive by text, photo and phone call. Permits, inspections and deliveries have dates. Subcontractors owe documents. The owner wants to know where each property stands without calling five people.

An AI agent can take the gathering off your team. It reads the records and messages you approve, puts the facts on one list and tells the right person what needs attention. Your team still runs the sites and makes the decisions.

Jobs a construction office can hand to an agent

Weekly status per property. The agent collects the updates your team already sends and writes one short status for each property: what moved, what is waiting and on whom.

Deadline list. A running list of upcoming inspections, permit dates and deliveries from your schedules, with anything due this week flagged first.

Subcontractor paperwork. A check of which subcontractors still owe documents, such as insurance certificates or signed forms, against your own checklist and folders. The agent lists what is missing. Your staff follows up.

These are examples. We choose one job with you after we meet, write it on the Job Card and check it against a written test after installation.

One owner view across every site

For an owner or a developer, the value is one place to look. Instead of chasing updates, the owner gets the same short report every week, built from the records the team already keeps. When something is missing, the report says so instead of guessing.

The agent does not approve payments, sign documents or contact buyers, tenants or inspectors. The standard service never contacts customers and never moves money. It prepares. People decide.

What the agent will not do

It does not estimate costs, approve change orders or judge the work on site. Those calls need a builder's experience and someone accountable. The agent's job is to put the facts in front of the people who make them.

What we need from your office

Three things: the person who collects the updates today, approved access to the schedules, folders or messages the job uses, and one example of a good weekly report. With those, we write the Job Card and the written test together.

How we start with a construction company

We meet in person before any project, and we do not take fully remote projects. For construction we usually start at the office where the schedules and documents live, then sit with the person who collects the updates today.

After that we write the job, the access and the test on the Job Card. You review and sign it before we install anything. We install the agent, check the written test with your team on the review date and keep maintaining it. We work in English and Spanish, which matters on many Miami job sites.

Questions before you start

Does the agent talk to subcontractors or inspectors?

No. It is internal only. It prepares lists and reports for your team, and your people make every call and send every message.

Which project tools does it work with?

We check your actual tools and access at the first meeting. Support depends on the exact account, the access method and the provider's rules. Shared folders and spreadsheets are often the simplest place to start.

We run several properties. Is one agent enough?

Often one job is the right start even with many properties, because the same job runs across all of them. We decide the scope together and write it on the Job Card.

Do you work outside Miami-Dade?

Not today. We serve Miami-Dade County only, and we meet every client in person before a project starts.

Who sees the weekly report?

Whoever you choose. We write the recipients on the Job Card, and the report goes only to them.
