An AI agent for car dealerships in Miami, built around your salespeople

A salesperson at a large dealership already works with one of our agents. Puestario sets up an internal AI agent for one job your sales floor repeats every day, after we meet your team in person in Miami-Dade.

Where a salesperson's day goes

Selling cars is a people job. But a lot of the day goes to the work around the sale: finding the last note on a customer, checking which leads have not heard back, remembering who asked about which vehicle and getting ready for the next appointment. When the floor is busy, that work slips first, and a lead goes cold.

An AI agent can carry part of that load. It works inside the tools the salesperson already uses, reads only what you approve and prepares the next step. The salesperson still talks to the customer, makes the offer and closes the deal.

Jobs an agent can prepare for a salesperson

Follow up list. Each morning the agent goes through the salesperson's leads and lists who has not been contacted in a set number of days, with the last note and the vehicle they asked about.

Appointment prep. Before a customer arrives, the salesperson asks for a short summary: what they asked about, what was discussed last time and any open questions. The agent answers in a few lines and names where it read each fact.

End of day recap. A short list of what happened today and what is due tomorrow, so nothing depends on memory.

These are examples, not promises. We choose one job together after we meet and write it on the Job Card with a written test.

Internal only, by design

The standard service never talks to your customers and never moves money. A customer never gets a message from the agent. The agent prepares and the salesperson decides. Your customer relationships, your pricing and your compliance stay with your people.

Before setup we agree in writing which records the agent may read and who sees its work. Source records stay in the dealership's systems. If the dealership has rules about outside tools and data, we follow them, and we confirm access with the person who manages those systems.

For one salesperson or a whole floor

Some dealers start with one salesperson who wants help. Others start with a manager who wants the same morning list for the whole team. Both can work.

Either way we start with one agreed job, check it against the written test and build from there. Adding a second job is a new decision you make after the first one is working.

What changes for the sales manager

A manager sees what the salesperson sees: which leads are waiting and why. That makes the morning meeting shorter. Instead of asking each person for an update, the manager starts from one list and spends the time on the deals that need help.

What we will not build: bots that chat with buyers, mass texts or anything that changes prices. Those are customer facing jobs with legal and brand risk. Our standard service stays inside the dealership.

What we need from the dealership

Three things: the person who owns the job today, approved access to the records the job uses and one example of a good result. With those, we write the Job Card and the written test together.

We meet in person in Miami-Dade

We meet every client in person before a project starts, and we do not take fully remote projects. For a dealership that usually means time with the salesperson and a short meeting with whoever manages the dealership's systems.

Puestario is based in Doral and serves Miami-Dade County, in English and Spanish.

Questions before you start

Will the agent text or call my customers?

No. It is internal only. It prepares lists and summaries for your salespeople, and your people contact the customer.

Does it work with our dealership CRM?

We check the actual system and access at the first meeting. Support depends on the account, the access method and the provider's rules. Some dealership systems need approval from a manager or the vendor first.

Can one salesperson start on their own?

Yes, if the dealership allows it and the access is approved. We confirm that in writing before setup.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Puestario works in English and Spanish. Hablamos español.

What does the salesperson have to change?

Very little. They keep their usual tools. The agent's list or summary arrives in a place they already check, and we agree on that place before setup.
