An AI agent for gyms in Miami that keeps your staff ahead of the day
Two gyms in Miami-Dade use our AI agents today. Puestario sets up one internal agent for one job your front desk, trainers or managers repeat every week. We meet your team in person before any work starts.
What an AI agent does inside a gym
A gym runs on small follow ups. A member missed two weeks. A trial pass ended yesterday. A trainer needs the notes from a client's last three sessions. A manager wants the morning numbers before the first class. None of this is hard. It just piles up, and it lands on the same few people.
An AI agent is a program that works inside the tools you already use. It reads the records you approve, prepares a list or a short report, and sends it to the person on your team who owns that work. It does not replace your staff and it does not talk to your members. Your people still make the call, send the message and run the floor.
Jobs a gym can hand to an agent first
Member follow up list. Every morning the agent checks attendance and membership records and lists members who stopped coming, trials that are ending and freezes that are about to expire. Each line says why the member is on the list and where the agent read it.
Trainer prep. Before a session, a trainer asks the agent for a client's recent notes, check ins and goals. The agent answers from your coaching records in a few lines, so the trainer walks in prepared.
Manager morning report. One message before opening with yesterday's check ins, new sign ups, cancellations and anything waiting on a person. The numbers come from your own systems, with the source named.
These are examples, not results we promise. We pick one job with you after we meet, write it on the Job Card and check it against a written test after installation.
Why gyms are close to home for us
Lalo Vera, Puestario's founder, spent more than ten years running gyms and teams. He knows what a Monday morning at the front desk looks like, and why good trainers would rather coach than do admin. Puestario also runs its own coaching business, Son Hábitos, on two internal agents. The Son Hábitos case shows how that works day to day.
That is also why we start small. One job, one written test and a review with your staff. If the agent does not help, you will see it in the review.
Your members' information stays under your rules
Member records are personal. Before setup we agree in writing which records the agent may read, what it may prepare and who sees the result. Source records stay in your systems.
The standard service never contacts members and never moves money. A failed payment shows up on a list for your staff, not as a message to the member. Your team decides what happens next.
How we start with a gym in Miami-Dade
We meet in person at your gym before any project. We do not take projects that are fully remote, because the job only becomes clear when we see how your desk, your trainers and your software work together.
After the meeting we write the job, the access and the test on the Job Card. You review and sign it before we install anything. We install the agent, check the written test with your team on the review date and keep maintaining it. We work in English and Spanish.
Questions before you start
Does the agent message my members?
No. The agent is internal. It prepares lists, notes and reports for your staff. Your team decides who to contact and sends the message.
Which gym software does it work with?
We check your actual software and access at the first meeting. Support depends on the exact account, the access method and the provider's rules. If a system cannot be connected safely, we tell you before setup.
Can trainers ask the agent in Spanish?
Yes. Puestario works in English and Spanish, and your team can ask in either language.
Do you work with gyms outside Miami-Dade?
Not today. We serve Miami-Dade County only, and we meet every client in person before a project starts.
How much does an agent for a gym cost?
It depends on the job, your systems and the support you need. We quote after we meet. Our guide on what an AI agent costs a small business explains what drives the price.
Will this replace my front desk staff?
No. It takes repeated list making off their plate so they spend more time with members. People still run the desk, answer members and make the decisions.
